All my shoes, bags, accessories, clothes, furniture and furnishings are absolutely 100% handcrafted.

I make use of the collaboration of some laboratories for the creation of the studs, that I apply to the bags or shoes but as regards the realization of my creations it’s all figment of my inventiveness and craft.

All my creations are in scale 1:12 

What concerns the furniture and furnishing the scale is always 1:12 and in the info of each item you will find the exact dimensions.

Furniture and furnishing are mostly made in walnut wood, pear wood and Olive wood all handcrafted.

The bags are all in leather or plain cotton fabric, but for some models I print myself the pattern directly on the fabric.

The shoe soles, they are all worked and shaped made by hand and realized in different materials accordingly to the shoe model: wood, cork, metal, rubber, and plastic.

What concerns the vamps the materials used are leather or cotton fabric or silk, all cut and shaped by hand accordingly to the model.

What concerns the shoe catalog,all shoppers and boxes branded “Patrizia Santi” that you see in the catalog pictures as well, are included in the price and will be shipped to you together with the shoes.

In case you were interested in branded shoppers as Chanel, Gucci etc.. to be matched with the same branded shoes you’re buying, you can order them on the catalog and receive them instead of the default “Santi Patrizia” Shopper.

On the contrary, if you’re going to purchase any bag, it won’t come together with the shopper that you see in the picture, because it has been matched only for the sake of the picture and following the sense of style; you can anyway order it upon request.

The only default discount that will be applied is the one upon orders of +300€ cart, where you will receive a free shipping, equal to a 5% discount on the total price.

Apart from this, during the course of the year I will share with all of you special discount codes that will be communicated through my social media channels and in my Newsletter.

Since they are unique handmade items, they are usually made only upon order, therefore from the moment of the order I take up to a maximum of 40 working days for the realization of the requested goods and therefore the shipment.

Made exception for the busiest times of the year (such as miniature fairs around the world) I try to process orders as soon as possible, so it may be that a small order can still be sent around 4-5 days.

I reserve this 40 working days margin just to be able to organize myself better with the rest of my commitments and appointments.

While in case the ordered products are available in stock, they will be shipped within a couple of days at the most and the delivery will depend exclusively on the courier’s timing.

All orders are sent by private carrier with fixed costs based on the place of delivery, this concerns all orders shipped out from Italy for the following reasons:

Even dhough this method might look a bit more expensive it’s been made this way because it gives us more details about the shipping, the receiver is being phone called before the delivery of the package and we have more guarantees about the shipping timings estimaded at an average 5 working days, while cheaper options do not give us certain information once that the package is outside from Italy.

This isn’t dhough an insured shipping because it’s only a shipping made via private carriers such as UPS, DHL, etc.

The return of any of my products is only possible in the event that the goods arrive damaged for any reason, or that the goods arrived do not comply with the order and therefore based on my shipping error.

For all other cases, as these are handmade products made upon commission, it will not be possible to return the goods.

Tutte le mie scarpe, borse, accessori, vestiti, mobili e complementi d’arredo sono assolutamente artigianali e fatti a mano al 100%.

Mi avvalgo della collaborazione di alcuni laboratori per la creazione delle borchie che poi applico sulle borse o scarpe, ma per quanto riguarda la realizzazione è puro frutto della mia manualità ed inventiva.

Tutte le mie creazioni sono in scala 1:12.

Per quanto riguarda i mobili ed i complementi d’arredo, sempre in scala 1:12, troverete le esatte misure nella descrizione di ogni singolo prodotto.

I mobili e complementi d’arredo sono principalmente realizzati in legno di noce, pero e olivo, tutti tagliati a mano.

Le borse sono tutte in pelle oppure tessuto di cotone in tinta unita, ma per alcuni modelli stampo direttamente io la fantasia sul tessuto.

Le suole delle scarpe, rigorosamente lavorate e sagomate a mano, sono realizzate con diversi materiali in base al modello: legno, sughero, metallo, gomma e plastica.

Per quanto riguarda le tomaie sono utilizzati pelle o tessuto di cotone/seta, sempre tagliati a mano in base al modello.

Su specifica richiesta da fare tramite email patriziasantiminiatures@gmail.com posso accogliere le richieste per la realizzazione di borse, scarpe o mobili presenti in catalogo ma in diverse colorazioni.

Nel caso in cui il materiale della colorazione richiesta non fosse disponibile, i tempi per la realizzazione potrebbero allungarsi ma vi verranno comunque comunicate le tempistiche al momento della richiesta.

Nel caso foste interessati ad avere le shopper griffate coordinate al brand delle scarpe (Chanel, Gucci ecc….) , dovrete acquistarle a parte e vi verranno spedite al posto di quelle firmate “Santi Patrizia”.

Se invece acquisterete una qualsiasi borsa, la shopper che vedrete in foto non sarà inclusa nel prezzo e tantomeno spedita insieme alla borsa, poichè è stata inserita in foto per puro senso estetico.

L’unico “sconto” che verrà sempre applicato sarà sugli ordini superiori ai 300€ di spesa,in cui la spedizione gratuita applicata sul prezzo equivale al 5% di sconto sull’ordine totale.

Durante l’anno sarà comunque possibile usufruire di speciali offerte su alcuni articoli che comunicherò sui miei canali social o tramite la newsletter.

Trattandosi di pezzi unici fatti a mano solitamente li realizzo solo su ordinazione, di conseguenza dal momento dell’ordine mi prendo fino ad un massimo di 40 giorni lavorativi per la realizzazione della merce richiesta e quindi la spedizione.

A parte i periodi più impegnati dell’anno (come ad esempio quelli in cui partecipo alle fiere di miniature in giro per il mondo) cerco di evadere gli ordini quanto prima possibile, di conseguenza può essere che un piccolo ordine possa comunque essere spedito nel giro di 4-5 giorni.

Mi riservo questo margine di 40 giorni lavorativi proprio per riuscire ad organizzarmi meglio con il resto dei miei impegni ed appuntamenti.

Mentre nel caso in cui i prodotti ordinati fossero disponibili in magazzino verranno spediti nel giro di un paio di giorni al massimo e la consegna dipenderà eslusivamente dalle tempistiche del corriere.

Tutti gli ordini vengono spediti in Italia tramite raccomandata postale con costi fissi.

Il reso di un qualsiasi delle mie miniature è possibile solo nel caso in cui la merce arrivi danneggiata per una qualsiasi ragione, oppure che la merce arrivata non sia conforme con l’ordine e quindi per errore mio nella spedizione.

Per tutti gi altri casi, trattandosi di prodotti artigianali fatti su commissione, non sarà possibile effettuare il reso della merce.
